Ms. Park holds a B.A. degree in Economics and a J.D. degree. Ms. Park is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and serves as the Managing Partner at Hao Law P.C., where she has been with the firm for more than ten years. Over that time, she has played a key role in the firm’s growth and development, helping shape it into what it is today.
Ms. Park focuses her practice on a wide range of immigration matters, including NIW/EB-1A, EB-1B, O-1, PERM, I-140, I-485, Consular Processing, Visa-related matters including H1B, TN, B1/B2, E1/E2, etc., and Family-Based Immigration. She is particularly experienced in advising foreign professionals and entrepreneurs seeking to establish themselves in the United States, providing practical and personalized immigration solutions. Ms. Park also provides estate planning services, offering clients comprehensive legal support tailored to their long-term needs.
Prior to joining Hao Law P.C., Ms. Park gained experience in business transaction matters, including the review of commercial agreements. She also worked at Samsung Heavy Industries and at Yoon & Yang LLC, where she conducted legal research and drafted advisory opinions on matters including damages in patent-related litigation and legal risks associated with cargo transportation and customs service contracts. In addition, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Al Bennett at the Harris County 61st Civil Court.
Ms. Park grew up in Texas, having lived in Dallas, Austin, and Houston. She is fluent in Korean and enjoys movies, music, and traveling in her leisure time. She also loves children.
