Our business law practice is unique because we focus on the two-way business traffic between markets in China and The U.S., two of largest economic entities in the world. We provide services to Chinese companies who plan to invest or protect their IP rights in the U.S., or the U.S. companies who plan to invest or protect their IP rights in China. We assist these companies in the process of registration, incorporation, contract review and negotiation and contract dispute. We also serve as the general counsel of these companies and assist in routine legal matters. The services we provide are mainly related to our three major practice areas, such as immigration issues, IP protection and health law/pharmaceutical compliance/regulation. For more complicated business transactions and litigations, we normally collaborate with other law firms.
